It looks as if his head is a bit caved in in the back. It could very well look like that because of the similar texture and color of the back of the head and the brick behind him. That is really all I can mention that could need improving/fixing.
Good job!
I'll look back at some old photos the next time I head home. I would refer to the "original," but he made a dramatic style change, shaving his head and moustache and growing a beard.
